◎ How to eat
Mix 20~30g (1 tablespoon) with yogurt, milk or water.
Drink 2~3 a day before meal to help with women’s diet.
You may add honey according to your taste.

Add moderate amount to soybean paste stew or processed soybean paste to enjoy the unique savory aroma or cheonggukjang.
