◎ Product Feature
Fermented barley is ground into powder to make red pepper paste or instant soybean paste conveniently.

 

◎ How to make instant soybean paste
  Supplies: Fermented Soybean Powder 1kg, malt 400g, barley 1.6kg, red pepper powder 200g, salt or soy sauce
    1) Grind barley and cook rice. (You can add beans, wheat, glutinous rice, etc.)
    2) Add 1L of strained malt water to above barley rice, mix well, and let it sit for 1 night.
    3) Add above barley rice and red pepper powder to Fermented Soybean Powder, and add salt (or soy sauce).
    4) Ferment it for 3~6 months.

*Amount of ingredients can be adjusted according to your taste.

 

◎ How to make red pepper paste
  Supplies: Fermented Soybean Powder 1kg, red pepper powder 1.8kg, glutinous rice 1kg, malt 1kg, salt or soy sauce
    1) Grind glutinous finely and make hard rice.  (You can add wheat, barley, rice, etc.)
    2) Add 1L of strained malt water to above barley rice, mix well, and let it sit for 1 night.
    3) Mix above barley rice, red pepper powder and starch syrup with Fermented Soybean Powder, and add salt (or soy sauce).
    4) Put the mixture it the crock and sprinkle salt on the surface.
    5) Ferment it for 3~6 months.
